Our Story
Skincraftlab was founded in Zhongshan — China's skincare manufacturing hub — with a single goal: give international brand owners the same manufacturing quality that the biggest global brands access, at accessible MOQs and with transparent communication.
Over seventeen years, we grew from a regional sheet mask producer to a vertically integrated manufacturer with in-house R&D, eight production lines, and certifications covering the US, EU, and Asian markets. Today our clients range from DTC startups launching their first SKU to established brands managing multi-SKU production runs.
What has not changed is our operating principle: we are a manufacturing partner, not just a factory. That means proactive communication, complete batch documentation, and a shared interest in making your product succeed in market.

From first contact to first delivery, a private label or ODM project follows four steps and usually runs four to five weeks in total. Step 1 is the brief: send your category, target market, volume and budget, and our team replies within one business day with a project roadmap and MOQ guidance. Step 2 is formula and sample development, either from an existing formula in the 270+ catalog or as a custom brief handled by 12 formulation scientists, with samples in 3–7 days. Step 3 covers packaging and design, including artwork files and full branding kits. Step 4 is a pilot run with compliance documentation, after which bulk production runs approximately 20 days after you confirm the sample at 500 units per SKU minimum. In practice, buyers who confirm packaging artwork before sampling avoid the most common delay.
