What does a sample cost and how long does it take?
Samples are typically ready in 3–7 working days. For a custom formulation, our R&D team develops the formula from your brief and runs stability testing before the sample ships.
Can I use my own formula (OEM) or do you develop it (ODM)?
Both. With OEM you supply the formula and we produce to spec on our existing lines. With ODM you bring the concept — target market, texture, actives — and our R&D develops and stability-tests the formula for you. ODM starts at 3,000+ units per SKU.
What minimum order applies to a custom formulation?
Standard OEM starts at 1,000 units per SKU and private label starts at 500 units. A fully custom ODM formulation developed from your brief starts at 3,000+ units per SKU.
What stability testing do you run?
Formulas are put through stability testing as part of development — checking appearance, pH, viscosity and performance over time so the product is consistent when it reaches your customers.
How do I see the factory before committing?
